株式会社 JAPAN TECH INNOVATORS（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、当社の提供するサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

JAPAN TECH INNOVATORS Inc. ("the Company") hereby establishes the following privacy policy ("this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided by the Company ("the Services").

第1条（個人情報） / Article 1 (Personal Information)

「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成十五年法律第五十七号、以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報及び容貌、指紋、声紋にかかるデータ、及び健康保険証の保険者番号などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別情報）を指します。

"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter "the Act"), meaning information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions contained in such information, as well as data related to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual from such information alone (personal identification information), such as the insurer number on a health insurance card.

第2条（個人情報の収集方法） / Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)

当社は、ユーザーが本サービスを利用する際に、氏名、会社名、所属部署、役職、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人情報をお尋ねすることがあります。また、ユーザーと提携先などとの間でなされたユーザーの個人情報を含む取引記録や決済に関する情報を、当社の提携先（情報提供元、広告主、広告配信先などを含みます。以下、｢提携先｣といいます。）などから収集することがあります。その他、Cookie等の技術を用いてウェブサイトの閲覧履歴等の情報を収集することがあります。

The Company may ask for personal information such as name, company name, department, title, address, telephone number, and email address when users use the Services. Additionally, the Company may collect transaction records including users' personal information and payment information from our partners (including information providers, advertisers, ad distributors, etc., hereinafter "Partners"). We may also collect information such as website browsing history using technologies like cookies.

第3条（個人情報を収集・利用する目的） / Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。

• 当社サービスの提供・運営のため
• ユーザーからのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
• ユーザーが利用中のサービスの新機能、更新情報、キャンペーン等及び当社が提供する他のサービスの案内のメールを送付するため
• メンテナンス、重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡のため
• 利用規約に違反したユーザーや、不正・不当な目的でサービスを利用しようとするユーザーの特定をし、ご利用をお断りするため
• ユーザーにご自身の登録情報の閲覧や変更、削除、ご利用状況の閲覧を行っていただくため
• 当社サービスの改善、新規サービスの開発等に役立てるため
• 当社サービスに関連して、個人を識別できない形式に加工した統計データを作成するため
• 上記の利用目的に付随する目的

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

• To provide and operate our services.
• To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification).
• To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns of the services users are currently using, and information on other services provided by the Company.
• To contact users as necessary, such as for maintenance or important notices.
• To identify users who have violated the terms of use or who are attempting to use the services for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use.
• To allow users to view, change, or delete their own registered information and view their usage status.
• To help improve our services and develop new services.
• To create statistical data related to our services, processed into a form that does not identify individuals.
• For purposes incidental to the above purposes.

第4条（利用目的の変更） / Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)

当社は、利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り、個人情報の利用目的を変更するものとします。利用目的の変更を行った場合には、変更後の目的について、当社所定の方法により、ユーザーに通知し、または本ウェブサイト上に公表するものとします。

The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably deemed that the new purpose is related to the purpose before the change. If the purpose of use is changed, the Company shall notify users of the changed purpose or publicly announce it on this website in a manner prescribed by the Company.

第5条（個人情報の第三者提供） / Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. 当社は、次に掲げる場合を除いて、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。
   • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
   • 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
   • 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
2. 前項の定めにかかわらず、次に掲げる場合には、当該情報の提供先は第三者に該当しないものとします。
   • 当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
   • 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合

1. Except as provided in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the user. This excludes cases permitted under the Act and other laws and regulations.

• When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
• When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
• When it is necessary to cooperate with a state organ, a local government, or an individual entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and obtaining the consent of the person is likely to impede the execution of the said affairs.

2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the party to which the information is provided shall not be considered a third party:

• When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
• When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.

第6条（個人情報の安全管理措置） / Article 6 (Security Control Measures for Personal Information)

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために、組織的、人的、物理的、技術的安全管理措置を講じます。

The Company takes organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information it handles and to otherwise securely manage such information.

第7条（個人情報等の漏えい等が発生した場合の対応） / Article 7 (Response to Incidents such as Data Breaches)

当社は、個人データの漏えい、滅失、毀損等（以下「漏えい等」といいます。）が発生した場合には、個人情報保護法および関連するガイドラインに則り、速やかに個人情報保護委員会への報告およびご本人への通知が必要となるかを確認し、必要と判断される場合には、法令に従い適切に対応いたします。

In the event of a leakage, loss, or damage of personal data (hereinafter referred to as a "breach"), the Company will, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related guidelines, promptly assess whether reporting to the Personal Information Protection Commission and notification to the data subject are required. If deemed necessary, the Company will respond appropriately in compliance with the law.

第8条（外国にある第三者への個人情報の提供） / Article 8 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties in Foreign Countries)

当社は、取得した個人情報を、法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく外国にある第三者に提供することはありません。ご本人の同意を得て外国にある第三者に個人情報を提供する場合、法令の定めに従い、当該第三者が相当措置を継続的に講ずるために必要な措置を講じます。

The Company will not provide personal information to a third party in a foreign country without the individual's consent, except as permitted by law. When providing personal information to a third party in a foreign country with the individual's consent, the Company will take necessary measures to ensure that the third party continuously implements measures equivalent to those required of business operators handling personal information in Japan, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

第9条（個人情報の開示） / Article 9 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

当社は、本人から個人情報の開示を求められたときは、本人に対し、遅滞なくこれを開示します。ただし、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないこともあり、開示しない決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なく通知します。なお、個人情報の開示に際しては、1件あたり1,000円の手数料を申し受けます。

When requested by the individual to disclose their personal information, the Company will disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, all or part of it may not be disclosed, and if a decision is made not to disclose, the individual will be notified of that fact without delay. A fee of 1,000 JPY will be charged per request for the disclosure of personal information.

第10条（個人情報の訂正および削除） / Article 10 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

ユーザーは、当社の保有する自己の個人情報が誤った情報である場合には、当社が定める手続きにより、当社に対して個人情報の訂正、追加または削除を請求することができます。当社は、ユーザーから前項の請求を受けてその請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく、当該個人情報の訂正等を行うものとします。

If the user's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete the personal information through procedures specified by the Company. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request from the user, it will correct, add, or delete the personal information without delay.

第11条（個人情報の利用停止等） / Article 11 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

当社は、本人から、個人情報が利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により、その利用の停止または消去を求められた場合には、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、個人情報の利用停止等を行い、その旨本人に通知します。

If an individual requests the suspension of use or deletion of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by fraudulent means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information and notify the individual to that effect.

第12条（Cookie等の利用について） / Article 12 (Use of Cookies, etc.)

当社ウェブサイトでは、利便性の向上、利用状況の把握等のために、Cookie及びこれに類する技術を利用して、お客様に関する情報を収集することがあります。お客様は、ご自身のブラウザ設定を変更することにより、Cookieの受け入れを拒否することができますが、その場合、当社ウェブサイトの一部の機能が利用できなくなることがあります。

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about you for purposes such as improving convenience and understanding usage patterns. You can refuse to accept cookies by changing your browser settings; however, if you do so, some features of our website may not be available.

第13条（個人データの保存期間） / Article 13 (Data Retention Period)

当社は、個人情報を取得した目的を達成するために必要な期間、または法令等で定められた保存期間が経過するまで個人データを保有します。保存期間が終了した個人データは、遅滞なく適切な方法で消去または廃棄します。

The Company will retain personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was obtained, or until the retention period stipulated by law has elapsed. Personal data for which the retention period has expired will be promptly erased or disposed of in an appropriate manner.

第14条（プライバシーポリシーの変更） / Article 14 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、ユーザーに通知することなく、変更することができるものとします。当社が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
